Lying Cops

Anyone have a run in with King City Officer Abraham Aguayo. I understand that years ago he faked an injury and Casey Printing paid him an out of court settlement. So howcan he be so injured and now a cop? I understand he was 'asked' to leave Soledad PD due to too many complaints, where he still lives with his parents of all places. I also heard his dad was a drug addict too. I hear he lies in alot of reports and abusing his authority. If he cant arrest you for something under the law he will make something up if you make him mad. Please tell your stories here.

i dont know about thi cop, but i do know that deputy d. gurley is both a liar and an adultering home wrecker. i know this because he assisted my wife in a case, and is now sleeping with her.unethical and very dispicable! watch your wives around this jerk fellas.

As a resident of Soledad for many years, I know Abraham personally. No he didn't get fired from Soledad, no he doesn't live with his parents. He happens to live with his wife and children in his own home. Stop being so ignorant, and slandering people and get your facts straight.
Sounds like you have issues with the cops, maybe you should check yourself.

idiot i didnt say he got fired. He was ASKED to leave. WHY leave Silly dad to krime city is the pay that great? IF you know him so well then why did he fake an injury Casey Printing? how can you get so hurt you have to sue then become a cop? His dad was an addict too, prob rubbed off on him. I have had many problems with the police, but it's my fault, for questioning every crooked thing I see them do.You see they are public servants . our hard earned tax dollars PAY them. Thats why we all have a right to question what they do,I don't hate them all ,just the ass holes. That doesn't leave much .but there are 2 or 3 that I might go to for help. Lets hope someone higher up just cleans up the PD and starts all over with people taht are not from here and aren't related to gang memebers and drug dealers.

My brother recently had the opportunity to visist King City. In Fact he moved there with the dream of a fresh start.His wife and he had words one morning and the police were called. Thankfully for my brother so I thought the Monteray Co, Sheriffs deputy's showed up. My brother was kicked out of his house and he was given a court date. When he showed, to his supprise, the officer that kicked him out of his house was holding hands with his soon to be ExWife. Three weeks or so latter affter another appearance in that county, My brother was told to get out of that county. Supprise, by the same sherrif deputy that is possibly now seeing his ExWife. The sherrifs department has been notified, so lets see if the law applies to all in this good country that the sherrifs office is charged with care.

check out King City Cops on " topix "too, don't want anyone to miss out on all the info. I know that lately the sheriffs dept ,"although it's been known for years the police and the sheriffs dept.don't like each other" they are starting to slide in the morals (so to speak) dept. Nobodys perfect, but come on,I expect crap and stupidity from the kcpd, but the sheriffs dept is supposed to be the investigators, the ones we can hope to trust,to be on the side of good, not evil.I't seems more men use thier badges as a f--k passes.
Then there's all the vunerable women who think a man in a uniform is going to be her big strong hero,but when they get home and take that gun off,
they fart, burp and smell just like everyone else.Oh why, can't we all get along!?ha ha

Alot of people seem to be noticing alot of wrong being done by the men we are supposed to be able to trust. I have been here along time and I see how they are. KCPD has done some way wrong things. How come the K9 that the community pitched in for and had just been in training, again, was not used to apprehend the guy in that stand-off. Everyone knows that was so much bs. That kind of stuff makes me embarrassed to say I live in KC. If they go to that extreme while everyone is watching and let a gunman get away that just rammed another vehicle and had a gun... what does that say for the other recent shootings? Who has the K9? Who is his supervisor? Jerry Hunter and Mark Baker. Isn't Baker the head of the gang task force? Ouch. That's scarrey.

I would like to reply to your comments KC Girl; you seem to lack a lot of knowledge about certain issues. First is regarding the K9. Why would you send in a dog to find someone who is armed with a gun? The dog cannot defend himself from bullets. The dog is not used to be a bullet catcher for the cops. The last thing this community needs is a dead dog and the officers still facing the problem of a man with a gun. That is sending the dog on a suicide mission. To me and others it's common sense. Also, the police did not "let" anyone get away as you have written. When that incident happened there were only two officers on duty. Those two officers could not surround the entire school by themselves and had to wait for other cops to arrive and help them out. If that is emnbarassing to you, go to the City Council meetings and demand King City hire more cops. Lastly, the SWAT team was called because there were other people on campus who needed to be evacuated and the school needed to be searched for the guy with the gun who may still be on campus. Obviously the police didn't know where he was or they would have went inside and arrested him. The SWAT team did their job and safely searched the entire school, but unfortunately the guy with the gun was not found. Lastly, KCPD does not have a gang task force. Why you ask? Because the department does not have enough officers to form one and the City cannot afford to hire more officers. KCPD does have several officers who are gang experts but that does not make them a gang task force. They work the streets and handle calls just like everyone else in the department does. Please inform yourself, attend City Council meetings, and have knowledge about specific issues before you make such posts with wrong information.

Abraham is a punk, his supervisores know it and he knows it, he only favors mexicans because he is afraid of his own kind. U don't live there and must be a friend of his or this might even be u.....all i know is that he lied two times, one wasnt even a report that mattered, he is content with his low paying job as long as he has a badge, he did fake an injury...ank Mr Casey in town, you should know who he is, if not your nobody then, then after getting some money he became a cop? how does that work...keep living in monterey where he doesnt work. IF he didnt speak spanish he prob wouldnt even have gotten that job.....

Sounds to me officer aguayo must be doing something right for people like you to continue to make comments about him, his job and personal life! Hey Mr. Good Times, the K9 had just returned from training for search and seisuze, am I right? I never said "send the dog in and let him take the bullet." Hello, McFly! The suspects vehicle was left at the scene. Am I right? Dog, scent, follow scent, lead to gunman. It's simple. Even if the gunman did flee, as you say, the dog could have led you to him. Or in his general direction at the very least. Or was this just another "good time?"

Also, I was told KCPD had bdeen funded to hire another officer. It seems to me there is never just 2 officers on duty. What about the explorers? They are only seen at carshows or at night with an officer. And that still isn't very often. But why? Why does a 15 yr old girl need to ride with an officer after 10 pm on a school night, but never in the daytime? What about townwatch? It's in full force.

There is always someone or something a person from that town isn't going to like! It people like you, My guns don't need bullets and good times who ruin people and their family's. Im sure behind the cop is a good person. I don't know these officer's personal I just know of them. Officer Aguayo from Soledad married man with kids and Jerry Hunter who has been there for a while. Both officer's are good at what they do! people need to leave them alone.

Idiots? You sound intimidated or something. I must be in the right spot. I did consider applying with your dept. but decided it would not be a wise career decision for myself. So I found a different place to be employed. I don't get the "idiots.'Is it because,'I know so much?' Or because I voice something that many others close their eyes to? In the Rustler, I see a new officer has been hired. Does that qualify me for knowing enough to be able to apply at the PD? Because I read the paper? That is why I know alot of the things I know. as far as having a problem with the K9.....again, how do you figure? I was asking why he was not used in a situation that he, as an officer, is trained and qualified for (I read it in the paper)and I got some off the wall lame excuse. As far as the other 2 officers, maybe they are good people, for the most part. But I think maybe they pick and chose when they are. Or maybe you should consider it.
