why is it that a cop can get arrested for a dui and he is only losing 9 days of work. i understand he is not charged with it but he should be guilty until proven innocent like most everybody else. "Fargo Police Chief Keith Ternes (TURN'-ess) says Lies exercised poor judgment, but he's human." and what the hell is that, he excercises poor judgement but he is human, why is it that anyone that doesn't have a badge has poor judgement they arent human, they are a burden on society and a fear that needs to be punished and taken off the road

All I know is if I "excercised poor judgment", awww I would be in jail, having to post bond, getting fined up the ying yang, and having to pay for alchohol evaluations, along with reinstatement fees.

There was also a detective in Ottertail County some years back got a dui, they took is license way etc., but allowed him to drive a patrol car and carry a gun.

Pretty scary thought isn't it, a drunken cop with a gun. wow.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Gemini

You'll need every ounce of patience today because even the best-laid plans could go up in smoke under the Full Moon lunar eclipse. It seems that certain people are doing their best to throw spanners in the works, and the more annoyed you become the more they'll goad you still further. If there's dissent in the ranks about how to spend New Year's Eve, you may decide to go your own sweet way and prove that you're an individual in your own right. But try not to let any bad feelings mar the celebrations. Have a fantastic night!
