why is it that a cop can get arrested for a dui and he is only losing 9 days of work. i understand he is not charged with it but he should be guilty until proven innocent like most everybody else. "Fargo Police Chief Keith Ternes (TURN'-ess) says Lies exercised poor judgment, but he's human." and what the hell is that, he excercises poor judgement but he is human, why is it that anyone that doesn't have a badge has poor judgement they arent human, they are a burden on society and a fear that needs to be punished and taken off the road

All I know is if I "excercised poor judgment", awww I would be in jail, having to post bond, getting fined up the ying yang, and having to pay for alchohol evaluations, along with reinstatement fees.
There was also a detective in Ottertail County some years back got a dui, they took is license way etc., but allowed him to drive a patrol car and carry a gun. Pretty scary thought isn't it, a drunken cop with a gun. wow. |
