If the 30% increase is going to hurt anyone it will be younger people that don't know how to concerve to begin with. They want to walk around in the home in the winter with shorts on and skimpy tops and in the summer they want to be able to hang meat in the house it is so cold. Me that won't effect, but I don't like it. Cost miners their jobs, don't think so if anything it will call for more production of coal because regardless of the cost people will not do without electrical use and just what they have been accoustomed to as before the rate increase, miners will work as long as they stay off drugs and booze and can pass the drug tests given, don't worry those of us that know how to concerve and have always done it will float, the rest can sink.
