pizza hut in kimball

i worked there for a little while, but the place is gross.They dont wash their hands. i found roaches in the kitchen and when i told the manager, she said that it was normal to have roaches in a restaurant! i could not believe it!

My husband & I went there the other night & placed a to go order & before we even made it to the car they called & said they were out of it so we changed our order to something else & she said it would be 20mins. We waited the 20mins then went inside & waiting over an hour & no one asked us what we were waiting on or even acknowledge us! Also, while we were waiting we watched a woman make a buffalo said with her bare hands!! Sorry but I work in the food industry & everything we prepare we do it with gloves on! They are nasty & the customer service is awful! They can spend all the money to remodel the place but can't put any of the money into customer service. Needless, to say I will never try to have a meal here again.
