Over 10,000 FEMA trailers (full-size) in Hope. Arkansas

I m very interested in pulling fema trls full time can anyone help me to get in touch with the right people to get started. thankyou

I would say, dont trust FEMA, they have an alterior motive, but most people would tag me as a fruitcake, FEMA has concentration camps! anyone who doesnt realize it is just a sheep led to the slaughterhouse.

... it's not only blacks affected by them. I have a friend who had one for several months after the storm and her parents had one for a while also... they all had major resp. ailments and a year after being out of the trailers they are still suffering and it was directly related to the formaldahyde in the trailers.

My mom has been living in one for 25 years, I lived in one for years, spend every year for 3 months. No problems, all though I am NOT looking for a big govenment pay off or a free ride..

from what I understand, when the federal government ordered the FEMA trailers, they were put together very hastily and many corners were cut, including testing for the formaldahyde... its a proven fact, not just people looking for money... the trailers are being tested and many have been found to have chemical levels that are well above the acceptable limit deemed to be safe.

I agree...I'm so sorry of these people wanting a government handout while us working people pay taxes to support their sorry asses. Three years post Katrina and we still have people on the Govenment dole,(living is subsidized hotle rooms, FEMA cottages and trailers). If you havn;t got back opn your feet after 3 years it;s time to move and make a go at it somewhere else. We dont want you parasitic free loaders here anyway.

Good luck finding those trailers. My daughter and her husband are working for some company in Memphis that a has a contract with
Skyhawk Logistics to conduct inventory on FEMA trailers in Hope, Arkansas. The individuals that have been hired are making big bucks to scan bar codes. Hope, Arkansas isn't the only location they have been traveling to either. They have been to Virginia, Atlanta, Grand Prairie, Texas, Maui Hawaii and now Hope, Arkansas. Must be a very profitable contract!

I wonder if GSA or Skyhawk Logisistics has any idea of the background of the individuals that are in government, secured buildings doing inventory. Someone needs to check out the Manager (Walt) from Memphis, Tennessee and his credentials.

From what I've been able to find, the FEMA trailers are now being auctioned through GSA. To find a listing of trailers, campers and mobile home being auctioned go to http://gsaauctions.gov
