Mary Tressa Bond Carter, 29, was reported as a missing person on December 12, 2007 to Kill Devil Hills Police Department.

This just awful the guy used to be one of my friends as a kid. He ran away and lived in my tree house. I wouldn't think Curtis could hurt a fly. Just goes to show you that you really don't know anyone.

That's what happens when youve lived here your entire life. Its not always a good thing!

I knew Curtis as a teenager and young adult. Trust me, he was very capable of doing this. Reading about this was not a surprise. My prayers to the family for their loss.

Can anyone provide some background information on Curtis Roch, where he grew up, who is parents were, I am curious because of a Curtis Roch I knew in the DC area in the early 80's. Wondering if it could be the same person, thanks

COULD BE THE SAME PERSON..CURTIS IS A JR AND WAS BASICALLY RAISED BY HIS DAD. WE HAVE BEEN FRIENDS FOR YEARS BUT HAD LITTLE CONTACT ONCE I LEFT FOR THE ARMY.
