I had Netzero dialup for a few months. I cancelled the account in June of 2008. They never sent me a final statement - they sent me a collection notice!! A collection notice! When they never sent me a bill in the first place! The argument is that they send their billing online - except, if I cancelled the account, they know I'm not going to access it to find any online bill because I cancelled the service! On top of that, their service stinks, which is why I cancelled it in the first place.

Net Zero sucks! Recently, they have been advertising all kinds of good things besides getting your money back, if you are satisfied. The trick is that they will give you a refund but they will send a a couple of virus disks and then charge a $8.98. I
