WTF!!! The sea turtles have been shitting in the ocean for thousands of years. It has never been harmful before...so why question it now. But the government can allow all those tourist boats/ships to pollute the ocean...just as long as they pay right price. The ocean is where the turtles live...where else are they supposed to shit!!
