His own son? He stomped, kicked, flung and tortured his own child to death? Does anyone need more proof that this world is nothing but a cesspool?

I really don't understand how race has anything to do with this sad tragedy... did you forget this poor child was Mexican. I've been reading comments on different pages and it's really ironic how "Mexicans" are these vicious murders. Have you forgotten that not to long ago a "white" mother drowned her 5 children, and sometime after that a "white mother" brutally killed two of her children by beating them with rocks... I'm not trying to say all "White" people do bad things, what I am saying is it's not your race that makes you this evil person.

This man was indeed a monster and the people that stood around counting the kicks this baby received are not much better!!!I hope that image haunts them for the rest of their days!

No they didn't. A local fire chief and another bystander did try and stop him. The man was crazed. They heard him say that the child had demons.

People - Simply, we are talking about a man that clearly had some pre-existing mental issues. If this doesn't spark an outcry for a referendum on healthcare reform, I don't know what does.

Listen hoser, the "reciprocation" you're going to get is because you're clueless. Why bother making a comment when you don't know the facts? ANYONE who's spent more than 2 minutes reading about this tragedy knows that the mother was out of town when this happened, and furthermore there has been nothing revealed so far to indicate the father HAD been known to have any issues, so based on the info we have, she'd have not had too much reason not to let her husband watch their child.

That being said, I'm glad the scumbag is dead. I don't care what kind of saint he was prior to that night, he deserves to rot in hell.

But you boneheads that show up to the discussion weeks later, from OUT OF STATE and then want to just stir the pot again, can just pack sand.
