Gangs, gangsters, round them up, take them to the desert, give them all the ammo they need and let them go at each other.

You know in life we all have made dumb mistakes. Each one of you that have been bad mouthing Vivian~ you need to look at your own faults. Nobodies perfect. I am against gangs...but what I see missing in each gang member is the lack of love. You just want to be noticed and feel as though you have purpose. If anything, you should be praying for the 13 yr old boy and his family as well Vivian and her brother Tony and their family. Please find it in your heart to pray... Thank you!

Maybe so, Pastor Mona, but these people CHOOSE this lifestyle and the lack of love could be that if their families were not so large, maybe Mommy and Daddy would have had enough time to spend with them to make them feel loved. IT was these two that CHOSE to meet up with a group of people strictly out to hate everybody. I have had hard knocks in my life, and I should carry a chip on my shoulder, but I don't. I CHOOSE to enjoy my life as I am to have it and to treat everybody equally. If these people CHOOSE to associate with HATERS, not matter which color someone wears, or the color of their skin, then they get what is coming to them. I have witnessed both sides of this story aggravate the situation in any form or fashion and at any time. It is just their style to throw up a sign or look at someone with a mean look on their face, all in the name of "being down".

I find it very hard to find sympathy for gang members.
They choose the life style, they have no respect for human life, they don't care who they kill. I put then on the same level as Osama Bin Laden.
Wipe them all out, enough of this garbage. You bleeding heart idiots, under the guise of religion condone all these activities.

At least these guy hit their target--that should be encouraged.
It's the gangbangers, in the noble pursuit of protecting a color, hit non-targets that angers me.

Sorry. I have no sympathy for gang members. I would be so for rounding all gang members up, transporting them to a deserted island, and then opening a big game resort where you could pay to come out and hunt down and kill gangn members. I'd then take all the profits and give it to families of innocent victims killed by gang violence.

Oh we all make mistakes...of that there is no doubt. However joining gangs, associating with gangs, carrying out gang activities, shooting people, killing people, robbing, burgling, strong-arming, dealing in drugs and everything else that gangs do..those DO NOT qualify as mistakes.

ALl of these "people" are more than old enough to know better. All of these "people" are too old to be able to say they didn't know that what they were doing was bad and therefore they made "A Mistake".

They are scum. They are dirtbags. They are the lowest form of life on the planet, simply because they do not have any regard for human life at all...theirs or anyone else's. Each and every one of them deserves exactly what they got and what they are going to get.

Live by the sword, die by the sword.

Heaven only knows how many victms the little gangster has under his belt before he got what was coming to him. Fell for his family? No. How many more of his family are in the gang, who got him in, who raised him in the lifestyle. Chances are...his own father was one too.

Can someone (or for that matter anyone) tell me the difference between a gang member and a terrorist?

The only way to fight the scourge upon society that gang members have become is to make it very dangerous to be in a gang.

Back in the early West the largest Gangs had to use secret signs. One famous gang had a marked bullet they had to show others to verify membership in the gang. Once Law Enforcement discovered the marked bullet anyone found with one was immediately dealt with.

They did not have to be in the process of committing a crime to be guilty. They simply had to caught with in possession of the secret bullet.
This resulted in the gang being rounded up and killed or imprisoned fairly quickly.

It is time to take this approach again. Society needs to take a stand and treat anyone with gang tattoos as enemy combatants. Break out the National Guard and put them in every gang infested neighborhood, in every city in the Country.

ROE (Rules of Engagement):
ID and kill the enemy.
Minimize non combatant causalities.
Take back the streets.

Does this sound kind of drastic? I think so. Is there any other answer? I can't find one.

I understand that some gangsters grow up out of their environment. I understand their mommies did not love them enough. I even understand why many of them become gangsters.

I truly wish there was another way for society to deal with them. To date Society has been unable to make non-violent methods work. Gangs are getting larger, bolder, and more dangerous by the day. Gangs are a violent world, they understand, use, live, and work through violence.

If Gang members were shot or imprisoned simply upon verification of membership (tattoos, secret signs) gangs would go away in a decade or so.

Gang members have declared war on society yet society keeps trying to kiss a rabid pit bull instead of just putting it down.

Thats my rant for the day.

This is a heartwarming story, the bad people are all dead or go to jail and society wins! Gangsters, especially mexican ones, are idiots. They should issue hunting tags for them, the season would be all year long. We could clean up society and generate tax revenue at the same time!

Its sad when people are shooting one another over a color and what it "represents" the sad thing is that there are children involved and our society has gotten so bad that children are being involved in gangs because of the need to feel accepted. We need to be closer to our families and focus on values.

LOL. But you don't feel sorry for the 13-year-old gang banger in critical condition? I do. His parents must have screwed up royally to have him down that path at 13.
