Put him in prison and take his pension. Put a lien on his pension to cover the cost of his incarceration. Like the kid yesterday stealing her teachers credit cards - people need to learn there are costs associated with their actions. Take away his pension because while he was 'earning it' he was stealing and committing a crime. He shouldn't get pension service credit for stealing on the job.

Perhaps the Federal Pension Laws should be changed so that a person can recoup pensions from gov. employees who fraudulently misrepresent themselves.

If a contract is entered under fraudulant purposes, isn't it renderend void in civil litigation?
