Prayers and hope for him, his family, and the US

Support our Military, bring them home! How long can the US stay in Afghanistan, how many people will die in this ignorant war? Bringing justice for 9/11 was understandable, but an invasion and occupation is not.

Let's have a little less focus on his return and more concern for his well being. There's something fundamental about praying he doesn't return in a bag.

When one realizes Ted Kennedy was set up to keep him out of the presidency by looking back at the history of these Kennedy boys how two previous took bullets in the head, and ended any chance We the People had to take part in government. It is no surprise at all that the CIA had a lot to do with all this. Assassinating another Kennedy would've been too obvious, so they kept another out by placing him in a compromising position. but to comment on the above, only diplomacy will get this young man free, so Obama and his desire to sit and talk with people like this is not such a bad idea. American shall never fear to negotiate, but not negotiate out of fear. this idiot german-american soldier walked away from his base anyway. he went AWOL. he's a deserter. the first thing they do if they catch his ass is charge him with desertion. he's no hero. heroes don't do stupid things like get drunk and leave base in a hostile country where americans are dying everyday.

What branch did you serve in? I didn't think so. No matter what the circumstances, he's still a young man who is an American citizen. I have a son over there right now. Do I agree? i would never serve in the corporate u.s. military. the country never asks servicepeople to serve; they're sent there by politicians, be it george bush or barack obama. it doesn't say anywhere in the constitution that we have to honor troops. i didn't send your son over there; george bush/barack obama did. the outcome in afhganistan is predictable. first american puppet hamid karzai will be re-elected because he is corrupt and supporting corupt regimes is what our goverment does. and finallly the afghans will defeat us just like they did the soviets. you can already see it happening.
