I see in the KDN that ATIE is giving members dividends, WHYDO they deny people benefits so they could have dividends?

I guess that noone cares that Alaska Timber Insurance Exchange had been ripping off the loggers all these year making them beg for what ever they could get! This isnt the first time that they GAVE THEMSELVES DIVIDENDS.... Its a crime! Same as AIG.... giving themselves bonuses...
