Bush wasn't intimidating, wasn't any smarter than a t-driver .. where as Obama is an intellectual. T-drivers don't understand him. Truck drivers liked George Wallace and the KKK. Palin is a vapid dolt. A pansy education, terrible mother, a sex kitty wanna be. Should be a pole dancer in a truck stop. Bush was very intimating to the taliban and the terroists. He got a bunch of them before he left. Your do nothing nobama is more worried about his image than his own countrymen. The proof is on the news everyday. Most of us have great respect for truck drivers who bring us the things we need to live on everyday. Apprantly, you just live off the land??

The point was about Palin being pretty unacceptable to all but the badly educated --- not who I am or am not. I'll take your childish and very lame character assassination attempts as your concession to that point.

But she does look nice in a skirt .. doesn't make her fit for office! Palin had every opportunity in her book to put forth comprehensive solutions on a whole host of national issues. What did we get? Tabloid fodder.

Does that include the Republican ones who voted for Obama? The ones I know think Palin is pathetic.

It's really amazing how some of your "progressives" can know all about a person and what they respect. Nothing suddenly about it, I've always respected truckers and enjoy the friendship of many. I have become amused at the lengths of fabrication you'll write to defend your socialist president.

Character assasinations: You attacked Bush's family, attacked his service in the Air National Guard when nobama and clinton never served. You attacked McCains family, denied he was a war hero, many of you said the Forrestal fire was his fault when it was proven that a young sailor unplugged the umbilical chord from an F4 causing a short and a zuni missle on that same aircraft to misfire. You attack Palin and her family, Dr. Rice, and anyone else that has a conservative opinion. It's the democrat way since 2000, and Americans are tiring of it. Practice what you belch.

Interesting that you post deliberately derogatory intended comments about one trucker and his spouse here but claim to respect truckers. Did you flunk subset math? And when did Obama become "my socialist president"? 1. He isn't mine but rather ours, as in all Americans. 2. He isn't a socialist but instead a Democrat. I am not a Democrat so he is not mine in that regard either. The socialist candidates all lost, btw. 3. But he is the president. One out of three seems to be your average for accuracy.

Please quote my post attacking Bush's service in the Air National Guard. I have excellent memory about my posts and to date have no recall ever discussing that topic. I agree that I think McCain's hero status is overblown. I am far from alone in that thought too. I don't go so far as to think the fire was his fault, though. We all have individual beliefs here. You seem remarkably in error of what mine are. I have many conservative thoughts mixed in with the liberal ones. I've made no comment about Rice online other than to comment one time that she seemed on too short of a leash and seriously under achieved as a result. I hold the men behind Bush responsible for that. I'll continue to oppose Palin as a national candidate, if she runs. Palin as a private citizen is perfectly fine with me. I have girl friends like her. Even some of them say she is not qualified. I have many conservative friends as well. My spouse and his family are long standing Republicans. Highly unlikely any of us "belch" our views at each other (and it sounds like you could take a few cues from that too). Oh and I am not a Democrat and haven't been any party member since August 1974. When you can't even get my views right, it makes it tough to think you'd get anything else right, ya know?

Right after the conservatives heard from the liberals that Bush "wasn't their President!" Tit for tat, no?
