I have first hand experience about how crooked 90%
of all Law enforcement is. My son is living it right now.It depends on who you are rather or not you go to jail or prison.My son is 27 and sitting in Kerr County jail right now headed for TDC.His father is a Law enforcement official and has had nothing to do with him from the day he was born.I have never asked for a dime much less anything else from this man and one time his son askes for help, he lies to him and can't even go see him.He got in a fight in Kerr County and now they are filing felony assault charges on him.i believe he is being railroaded and I cannot afford an attorney.We called Galvan but what an ass.3500 down and 500 a month.My son was set up 9 years ago and is still paying for it. I was present when a DEA agent threatened to get him if he didn't give him some names. My son told him he had none to give him.I used to manage one of the busiest clubs in Kerrville. I saw more than I wanted,heard more than wanted ,knew more than I wanted.I think the fact that I asked my son's father to help is the reason he got such a stiff sentence.And his court appt. lawyer did nothing for him.If anyone can help let me know.

sounds to me like u are doing nothing but pointing the finger at everyone but your son who cant seen to stay out of trouble!!

Why don't you give us some specific information other than vague, unsubstantiated inuendo? All you are saying is "I belive." Maybe the court appointed attorney didn't do anything because he couldn't! Maybe Galvan was going to charge you 3500 and 500 a month because that is what it was going to cost to defend his guilty ass!

yes all these replies your getting are part of the reason that town is so corrupted its 20 years behind its time and nothing but predjudice old farts and toy cops, cant wait till they all die and go to hell........but yes the police force as well as most of the towns people related to them or are in on it,are all corrupt they kill and shoot minorities for practice they should go to the big city and try to be a cop there...they go home crying every night,then they will be working for their money....

one of the cops was even promoted so him and his family wouldnt make a big deal about it when they shot his own brother how f up and corrupt is that????? u tell me?????

Im not one to point fingers nor have I been in any trouble myself, and yes I know guilty people. But were all guilty.
of something some less than others.
Is it just though that a two time offender for sexual conduct with a minor gets a year in COUNTY jail and a man I know convicted of less than 4 ounces of weed egts a year and a half? FIRST offence?
I can go and on but I'll say that first. See if someone replies

so your saying he shouldnt have gotten a year and a half for the weed possession or the sexual contact person should have gotten more time?
