Judged:

I had cancer in the early part of my life after graduation. I was unable to work. They defaulted my loan. I have been trying for 5 years to pay back the loan. The original amount of the loan was 60,000.00. I will not pay half a million dollars for a 60,000.00 note. I had an verbal agreement with the DOJ for the 60,000.00 and was preparing to sell my house. In the time they delayed I lost 100,000 value in my house and was forced to sell without paying the loan.
