How can an illegal poker game be under our nose and not get busted?

The poker game is on the corner of Ohio and Main st. right directly behind the the fire station.(large building)
This is a high roller game(so they say).....They even have video camera's set up outside. The place has more cars than a crack house sitting outside on weekends.
Who runs this game and why hasn't this place been popped yet?????
Everbody around town AND out of town knows about.
Worse yet...Try and find a place to park in the area when they are playing. Some of the guys don't like to park right out front...I wonder why.

In Ohio it is legal to have a private card game, regardless of the stakes, as long as the host does not charge a fee or take a cut of the winnings. So what is your issue Velcro?

If you think that nobody is benefiting from this game, you are out of your mind.
Who is paying for this building including utilities that the card game is held?
Who is paying for all the free food/drinks that is brought to the game.(Yes, I have seen it brought in).
Who is paying the dealer?
Is one of our good citizens of Kenton holding this game out of the kindness of his heart????
The card room is sometimes open all hours of the night sometimes into the wee hours of the next day. Why? Hmmm.
Have you ever been to a high rollers game?
It is common practice for the "house" to take a rake from each hand dealt.
That would be "charging a fee" or "taking a cut"
You don't think that everybody in this town doesn't know what is going on there??
This game is sooo wide out in the open it is embarrassing to our community and shocking that local law enforcement hasn't kicked the doors down yet.
These are my issues pal, and I am not the only one.

The least of our troubles is a poker game for goodness sakes. Do something good and start complaining about the drug problem in this town. No one cares about a poker game when much more important things are going on.
