The kid saved lives, and you're thinking that he must have done something to have it happen to him? Like Judge Judy always says, "you're an idiot!" I know there are good police officers out there who will not take advantage of people because they carry a gun and a badge. This guy was told multiple times to stop attempting to enter the house. He saved people? They were all out of the house and he was still trying to go back in, to save property.

Anybody who knows anything about tasers knows well enough that if you are told to stop or you will be tased, it is a darn good idea to stop.

These cops should be suspended without pay, charged then jailed.

People are allowed to protect themselves when attacked by criminals. Does this still hold true when the criminals wear a police badge? Yes it does. Court cases have proved this. With all the cell phone cameras and guns on the street, perhaps the cops should think about that. The cops in my town are nothing more than a government paid gang. If someone was to shoot a cop here I would thank him, shake his hand, and then tell the responding cops I know nothing...I see nothing...I hear nothing.

then let Darwin work his magic. ie: if he is dumb enough to run back in to a burning house for his "girls gone wild" DVD's and dies who is to blame?? umm, himself. now as for saving people from the burning house that is a different matter completely and he should be recognized for saving them.
