yeah real good people -- she lets her kids run wild and two of them will now have kids before age 16, she is on drugs, living with a woman, no food in the house, uses her food stamps to take food to her girlfriend instead of giving it to her kids -- you are right thats a great person.

you know what they are good people and i know because i have hung out with that family sence i was 5 and you all are stupid they are good people she takes care of her kids so back up off them

well let me see i know for a fact before breanna got preg she was never home she stayed at robert bears and with a girlfriend whitney and was there for week on weeks she never made her stay home till all this crap happened to late now damage done and if she was so comcerned her daugther was being raped why did she press charges she was told something might be going on but no now a man is going to lose all his life hers goes on 2 little boys are losing another parent everyone deserves a second chance and i know for a fact she wouldnt leave him alone she call him 7 times the nite before he went to jail does that sound like someone scared dont to me i know a lot and trust me it wasnt rape just rape by law but look at your life tell me you have not done somthing stupid but did think of it putting you in jail and labeling you as a rapist he didnt rape a baby he had sex with somene under age sex that both consented two get real people clean up your life leave others along his lifes already ruined so is his kids who love there dad and thinks hes comming home how sad we reap what we sow just remember that you may be fine now but never know when it will change in a sec so dont judge what u dont know

are we talking about the same girl? a minor!! no matter what you call her or how she may act she is still a minor. a thirty year old man having sex with an underage girl is just sick no matter how you sugar coat it. he was the adult, he should have known better no matter how drunk or drugged he was at the time. stop making excuses for him instead get him the help he really needs.

well just so you know im not making excuses for him..yes he is the adult in the situation, but the little girls mom was aware of what was going on and was told to keep her away, and yet she did nothing..my brother is not the first over aged boy that has been in trouble over this little girl there was another boy 1 yr prior i believe he was 21, and now she is preg. by a 18 or 19 yr old..obviously there is a pattern here..i believe that my brother should be held responsible for his actions but he is going to lose his life over consentual sex with a minor, which is sad when you can kill someone and get less time..i think her mother should be held responsible too...its not the fact that shes a minor its the fact that she knew what she was doing...if you act like a whore youll be treated like a whore her mother should have taught her to have more respect for herself..instead they just keep breeding for working people to take care of... my brother is not a rapist, and you dont know what he has been through in the past year..therefore you really have know reason to comment about the situation..

No your brother isnt a rapist but a child molester. Because the mom didnt raise the girl right gives your brother the right to have sex with a minor? This is about the underage girl not the mother. I dont care what he has went through in the past year it still does NOT give him the right, by law , to have done this. Stop making excuses and get some much needed help. If you think its okay to have sex with a fourteen year old even if they are WILLING, then ATT:KENOVA PARENTS lock your fourteen year old boys up because she might be like her brother. well just so you know no im not like my brother and at 14 yrs old i wasnt having sex with god know who i was at home where i belong....i didnt say it was right i said her mother should be held responsible also since she knew it was going on...i have 2 daughters myself i know what i would do if it was my babies, but if you are stupid enough to allow your children to do so then you should be held responsible too...for you info im 27 i dont need to have sex with kids i have a husband for that

i have been reading this Sh-- on here and you people are unreal if you know my sister then you know she raised her kids right. But when you have a young adult and that is what she is and has no guidance from a parent this is what happens you have a female dog in heat and there out to get some from any one they can. Unfortunate he fell into the trap. But don't judge my sister for his mistake, you all need to back off my sister and her family and worry about your own family
