Seeking to blame and persecute those who are asking public officials to abide by their sworn duty to uphold the Constitution further aggravates the impression of malfeasance. In a 30-page ruling, US District Judge David O Carter of California threw out the case on technical grounds saying his court lacked the jurisdiction to rule on a case intended to unseat a sitting president.

So we are at the same place we started at, more evidence to show he was not born in Hawaii, little to show he actually was born in Hawaii, a magic birth certificate that no one has been allowed to see. Did Obama attend Occidental College as a foreigner using an Indonesian passport? There is a "Saetoro" listed as a foreign student from the Indonesian town that Obama lived in who went to Occidental College when Obama did? Coincidence?

How can you impeach an illegal-alien who isn't even allowed to run for president in the first place? The original Birth Certificate and college records have the citizenship info that needs to be exposed. Notice half-sister Maya is hidden away as she knows something The Great Usurper doesn't want known. She also managed to get a Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth even though she too was born in another country.

What we know for sure about the Obama is he was born a Brit and became a Kenyan before he became an Indonesian. He may have held dual-citizenship for awhile but he has never ever been a natural-born U.S. citizen and he was never naturalized. He is holding office illegally and probably is an illegal-alien. A computer image of a Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth is not a paper copy of an original Birth Certificate like the Kenyan one Attorney Dr. Orly Taitz paid a million dollars to smuggle out of Kenya only to be ignored and ridiculed for trying to save our nation from this lying madman. Again, the state of Hawaii says that the original certificate, the one that you ecpect to be allowed to be inspected by you personally for some reason, is in its proper place in their files and the same copy that is given to all citizens was given to Obama. And there are photos of it being inspected just like you claim to require, but obviously don't see. The state of Hawaii has tirelessly confirmed that he was born there. Geez.

So then there is a secret record of who the attending physician was and at which hospital? Perhaps the father's race: MULTIRACIAL is mentioned and the newborn's citizenship? Wish we could see that. Clinton's DNA on a bluedress will someday be forgotten however Clinton holds the distinction of being the only U.S. president ever convicted(of perjury) by impeachment proceedings.
