It is so clear whose side he is on. He's not on the side of the working people of this state. He's not on the side of the middle class. He's trying to curry favor with his masters who are in the right wing of the Republican Party,"

I thought we were done with this erroneous fuzzy math.
Walker received 626,538 votes
All the Democratic votes combined come to 670,278... add to that number the 19,920 for Kohl-Riggs, whom we know is a Democrat, and the final number is 690,198 votes. If you give those 19,920 votes to Walker... he still loses.
Considering he believes the majority of Wisconsinites are in favor of what he's done, I'd say he and his supporters need to worry.
690,198 - 626,538 = 63,660 people Walker needed to turn his way... and failed.
Remember, in reality Walker was the only choice for Republicans in the primary. Democrats had several, and turned out in greater numbers. Don't put a neat spin on it... unless your plan is to bring more Dems and Independents out in June.
Last week you told me there was another choice-remember a bunch of us voted for that bitch. We didn't have to vote as I stated before, and you said that was a bunch of crap-because there was someone else on the ticket. So what is it PR? are you evolving?

Why won’t Tom Barrett tell us what his plans are for Wisconsin?

Our state is at a crossroads and we deserve to know what our elected officials will do if we choose to put them in office. Governor Scott Walker has made his positions quite clear. The State Budget passed last year controlled spending, eliminated the deficit and reduced property taxes. It is clear what we can expect from Walker in the future.

On the other hand, Barrett has refused to address what he would do to deal with the state’s budget challenges. The Co-chairs of the powerful Joint Finance Committee wrote a letter to Barrett this week asking him for his plan to address the state budget.

His response was to call the letter a ‘stunt.’

Why is it a stunt for a candidate to make their policies clear to the voters? Either he has no plan or he is refusing to tell us what it is.

Wisconsin is calling on Barrett to publicly announce his budget positions and tell us what he would have done to address the $3.6 billion deficit in 2011 and what he will do in the next budget cycle.

Barret is a boob-then and now.

1) There was another choice running as Republican... one who took a page out of the Republican book, and ran under another Party flag. So, there was another choice, but that choice wasn't really a Republican. Had Republicans not voted at all, because "they didn't really need to", the non-Republican would have won the Republican spot on the June ticket. GET IT YET?

Wow... I knew you lot were thick but you and Jared have take it to a new level.

He has. One of his current ads says Wisconsin will fix itself. What that means is he has no clue what to do. Kind of like him being Mayor he has done nothing good.

You are comparing the bible reading to health care. In biblical days nobody had health ins. The people today are not naked, they are not starving, the people today actually have a much better life. So we are already feeding them, clothing them etc.

What?

Hasn't Bay View seem its rise under Barrett?

How about Brady Street (and all those great small businesses in the that area)?

I know Juneau Town and Downtown have been beautified while Barrett has been Mayor. Heck, our Lakefront has become more of an attraction under Barrett. Riverwest is definitely on the rise... and has been for 8+ years.

The solar and wind power (Bay View has a cool, money-making wind turbine) projects have happened under Barrett, and they're both making money and providing employment.

"Take Root Milwaukee" is an honorable Barrett project... One Walker would've apparently tried to rob funds from to give tax breaks to people who don't need the money.

Earn & Learn program.

Barrett is THE major force behind convincing Talgo to take maintenance facility root in the City of Milwaukee. Of course, Walker has since chased them out.

Then, there's all the new build which has taken place in the past 6 years.

I don't know where you've been, but Milwaukee has undergone some serious beautification in 6-8 years.

Most of what you posted has nothing to do directly from anything Barrett has done. How about Milwaukee's status as becoming higher on the poorest major cities list? How about that useless downtown trolley? How about the unemployment rate in the city? How about him raising taxes almost every year? Most of the projects you give him credit for was done with federal money. No matter who the Mayor was those funds would have been there for them to use its not like he went out and got it.

Tom Barret has done absolutely nothing for the city of Milwaukee except raise taxes 28 percent since he has been Mayor. He added trash pick up tax snow plowing tax in addition to the peoples proerty tax. And as for environmental disasters. Milwaukee discharges millions of gallons of raw sewage into lake Michigan whenever they get a couple inches of rain. Scott Walker is for the middle class and has done everything he said he would to get our state out of debt from the past administration. Scott Walker has been working with Milwaukee to help inject a $100 million into a delapidated area of Milwaukee to bring in businesses and clean up the area. The biggest differnce is that Walker is not getting the revenue from taxes but from businesses. BArrett is a tax and spend Liberal and has really messed up Milwaukee. Why would you want him to mess up the rest of the state? The tax payers of Wisconsin realize that the Democrats are just upset because the lost the election and will not stop the whining, stomping their feet, and beating their drums until they get their way. Too bad.

Maybe you should move to Illinois-they are so far in debt that they will never see daylight-possibly Illinois will be the first socialist state in the country. Cook County alone is 140 billion in debt. But they give free everything to every one. Woo hoo. Go south.
