He never went under my car and immediately ran away toward Washington then high school blvd. I was trying to catch up with him to make sure he was okay. A really nice guy in a truck behind me was able to catch him, and put him in the back of his truck. He said he had a family member who was with the police dept and was taking him there to have the humane society check him out. Good luck. This was last Thursday night.
