Property at 204 E. Plum St. in Hayti, Mo.

For anyone that might be interested in this property you should know before long it will look like a shoe box. One neighbor has already put a 6 foot fence up on one side, now another neighbor is going to put one up and then the third neighbor will also put one up! So you will have a house that has only one exit and that will be in the front. When you sit in your backyard all you will be able to see is the boards. Won't that be a beautiful site? And if you think I am writing this because I am pissed u r right. I was told by the seller, my sister, Dorothy and Thomas Kelley that I had first choice of the house. Even up to three weeks ago I still had first choice. I had sold my place,resigned from my job and getting supplies to start packing. Then today they backed out because they had a higher bidder she said. So much for her family loyalty, love and honor. Back to the house tho, if you want a shoe box place that has maybe 6 foot on one side and a fence, then maybe 5-6 feet on the other side and a fence and then the back. There is a gate on the chain link fence but it won't do anyone any good. You will open the gate to run into a fence!! Finale words to my sister, take this place and shove it up your ass as far as it will go. Which should be quite a bit since you are being a bigggggg ass out of this deal. By the way, the chain link fence does not go with the house. The people next door are removing the fence and putting up a 6 foot wood fence and you will not be able to see out on either side all the way down from the front to the back. And it also goes for the fencing in the back none of it goes with the house.

Doesn't sound like you would be happy there from the way your complaining about it and the neighbors. Maybe your sister is doing you a favor. I wouldn't sell it to you either. Your mad cause you couldn't get such a bad place with such inconsiderate neighbors. You sound like the type to get a gift and bitch about how bad a deal you got. Why don't you grow up. for u info, the neighbors are my other sisters and that is the reason I want to live there. They are going to do this because they want me there also and no one else. And where did u get ur doctors' license to know anything about anyone. You just want to be noticed!

Boy U really did not take the time to read the article. NOTHING was being given to me, I was buying the house. U do know what that means, right? Where you give money for something you want to purchase!!

To mention street drugs u must be using them. And nope I am all relaxed and can hardly wait to see how this shit house comes out looking. OH, it is not family that does not want to do business with me. My two sisters living there would love to have me there. The business end of the family is from a member that left town when our mom took a turn for the worse so she would not have to help out with her. U do not know me or my family or you would keep ur nose out of our business.
