Also good luck to seller on selling his air conditioner, but I will not post to someone elses post trying to sell anything. thank you and have a nice day

Most of the newer units that fail prematurely today fail earlier due to lack of common maintenance, properly cleaning the unit. Since we live in southeast missouri ,we have a mosquito problem,which are sucked into the condensor coils and build up by the thousands. This in turn causes the units to run under a constant strain, using more electricty and causing many units to fail. thank you and have a nice day
