Does anyone remember George Conder?

Does anyone know what really happend to George Conder? He was murdered around 1995 or 1996. Was told that a guy named Malady was responsible, but he was killed while in prison.

I don't know, personally, what happened to him, but I know of a few people who claim that they do. I never asked, because I'm not sure I want to know the details.
He was always nice to me...that's all that matters to me.

Knew him well. Don't think Jimmy Malady did it though.

I knew from 1st grade of school. never knew of him to be bad person I aways He was a good friend. sad what happen to him

he was a very good friend of mine, he sure didn;t deserve what happened to him. we have always wondered what happened. it was like nothing was ever said about it and it was just dropped.

If I'm not mistaken George was killed in the country by Malody not prison. But, it was a long time ago I sure could be wrong. I liked George he was always nice to me too.(we are talking about the Dad/older G. Conder) aren't we?

I remember him well, used to be scared to death of him, reminded me of Charles Manson, then one day I had to talk to him about something where I worked, and he was the nicest man.

Jimmy died in prison. Partied with him alot, He got to wild for me and I had to cut him loose or get in some big time trouble, I didn't need to get into 2 weeks after not hanging with him someone (Randy icesnogal, I think was his name (not spelled right) was with him when Jimmy robbed a liquor store at cardwell and from then on, in and out of prison. Was good pople to me, just a little to wild. He was a FRIEND That is for sure............

No Malady did not kill George, he had nothing to do with it. I will say as his family we have our theories. George was a good guy an "old hippy" is what I like to call him. Its a shame that the law didn't go further with the investigation than they did. I think his girlfriend at the time and her family would be a good place to start but that is just my opinion.

Who was his girl friend at the time?

georges girlfriend at the time was Kathy Goldsmith from Campbell. She had an apartment just across the yard from Georges. Then about a year before he got killed they moved to an old house in Campbell by Kathy's mom. They had a daughter Christina.
I don't think Steve Stacy had anything to do with it. He and George were to close. We always had thought that it was over the purple haze. George was just to trusting.
It seems like the cops just quit investigating it. I don't know that Kathy would have done anything like that but you never know i guess. Sure do miss him. what has happened to Christina?
I know that Kathy got married and Christina must be around 15 or 16 now.

I think I remember they picked up a guy named Kenny 3 times for questioning for George's murder

Did i hear that Jimmy M was murdered in prison. If so then he desevered it that white trash punk. He has finaly recived what he always dished out to others.

malady was already dead when george was killed,supposely from a suicide. He had nothing to do with georges death he was serving time for steve clarks murder.
