1 WHY? I have witnesses and documentation that supports CORRUPTION within his administration. Janney will not respond to the issue. He hides from my request, Governors request and other officials request to resolve the issue. Janneys conduct indicates GUILT! While I lived in Earleville on my families property, I obtained this information. I honestly have not heard anything about corruption, but I am very interested in what you are saying. I know that several town cops have a bad habit of pulling younger drivers over (with no legitimate reason), and then claiming they have probable cause to search the car, even when in truth, they have none.

1 Call and ask the papers why the refuse to run a story? The have the undisputable proof! Call and ask the Cecil County Commissioners why the allow Sheriff Janney to continue to shame Cecil County? Any search for Cecil County Corruption yields many results that shames the Cecil County Sheriffs Department. |

This message board sounds like someone with an ax to grind and I wonder on the validity of their claim. My guess is it is the fellow with the big head who lost the last sheriff's election.

Barry is bad, so is many parts of the law enforcement of cecil county, it goes back 19 years from what my ex-wife tells me since she was part of some activites that envolved the police departments in the county, encluding the state police, some town police and there are viruses in the system. People of cecil county need to stand up and don't this crap, It goes from county then into the state police at the North East barracks I heard about it and not everyone is envolved however they are a tight family.

Just look at the coaches of the girls softball teams back in the day (20 some years ago) and it was the members of the police departments and there was more than softball being taught.
