DURANT a ' Local law enforcement were dispatched Friday at about 10:30 p.m. to the 900 block of W. Cedar Street in regards to a shooting.

I know him. He's a monster. Hope they lock him up and throw away the key. He seems to leave a path of destruction where ever he goes.
