Review: Medical Center-Southeastern Ok - Kinion Whittington MD

I was very nervious, He mad me feel very at ease. What a great bedside manner I got the greatest ultrasound picture. I have recomended Dr. Whitington to serveral of my friends

Whittington is great OB-GYN! My wife really likes him. He definitely puts your mind at ease. I'd recommend him to any family who is expecting!

Dr. Whittington is great, he is down to earth and easy to talk to , I’m a diabetic since i was seven this is my first pregnancy, My endocrinologist recommended him. He knows what he is doing, my sugars have never been better, Not many doctors give there cell numbers to there patients (he did) i give him a call and he adjust my insulin and i stay out of the hospital. How great it is. I saw another doctor in town before getting pregnant she had no clue about diabetes in pregnancy and told me I would have to go to Oklahoma city to have my baby.

I personaly don't care for Dr. Whittington. i went to him once and I will never go back. He has an attitude and thinks he is better than all the other Doctor's. He did surgery on my mother and when he came in her room to check on her her was very short and rude to her. I also have other family members and a very close friend who have used him and siad they would not ever go to him again. I know everyone has their own views of him and I'm just stating mine.

I don't think you have the right doctor, I know for a fact he is not rude to his patients i am one of them. I work with Dr Whittington every week I dont know how you could say "he thinks he is better than the other doctors" or "he is rude" Sounds like you have some type of vendita. Dr Whittington rubs some nurses the wrong way because he makes sure his patients are taken care of well and his patients do well. Trust me you want to be his patient...... just my opinion from someone in the know

A friend recomended me to Dr Whittington, I found him to be very nice down to earth . My exam did not hurt like it has with past doctors. He spent time with me talking about non gyno stuff and fixed my hayfever. I must say I was pleased.

I have to say that Whittington is one of the coolest doctors around. He's definitely down to earth and laid back! He is a great doctor and has delivered all 3 of my sisters babies, at least 1 of my brothers babies and my little sister is prego and uses him and i am prego with twins and just started going there. He is a great doctor and I knew i wanted him for this pregnancy just because of the way he has treated my other family members.

He likes to try and make you feel comfortable instead of making you feel like some random dude is diggin around in your lady parts! I always get uncomfortable about that but he just tried to make me feel at ease and more comfortable. His nurses are the same way as well. They have all been nice and treated me way better than any other nurses I have had! I just wish I could deliver in his clinic with his nurses. LOL. That would be great! But I trust the other nurses at the hospital to be caring and everything too! I haven't really known many L&D nurses to be mean. But i definitely recommend him and hope you all find the right doctor for you!
