Along with the durant casinoes, and lake texoma state park,it needs to stay public for more tourists,needs to have new hotel,cabins,marina,swimming,g olf,and conference for meetings this will also bring in more jobs and money,sooner.The homes and condoes that point vista has plan can be built around durant towards Madill ok.,and restraunts.That will bring in some people to live,but not as much if it goes private,or for just a few rich people.PV says it will be 25 years that is a bunch of bull,they cant even mow the grass now or use their own money.

Theives, traders and on and on. What do you think the Indians gave them the land just because the white man was so friendly. You should visit a real reservation some day and see the deplorable conditions our Govn. has put them in, via the "Treaty"(what a joke). They don't hold up to even a portion of what they were supposed to. People in the Third world have it as good as or better. Atleast for them we have commercials for people to help them in other countries. So get your head out and get caught up to real facts. Not racism. The Choctaws or Chickasaws should help their Arizona brothers by opening an Apache or Comanche Casino. Winstar the fifth largest in the world and the Choctaw's building their shining star in Durant proves they have money to burn, besides they will be repaid in full in a couple of years, I'm sure there is enough White and Mexican fools willing to waste their money on slots and cards. The white man sold firewater to the Indians, did the Indians ever sell peyote to Whitey? Probably be best in the long run if the Casinos go under.

Yes the casinos make money! The only problem is upper management they want more and more profits....you are eventually going to walk into the casino and there will be no workers you will have to deal with a machine, automated teller. they are already trying them out for size. As long as the big shots in the back get their pay and their bonuses they are happy but they just see it as F@#* the little workers.
