"The attorney of Maria Jose assured that the father of the girl has two hanging reasons in Spain, one as the second section of the Provincial Hearing of Malaga and other one as the second section of the provincial Hearing of Valencia.

As she explained, in Malaga there is a judgment of December, 1996 that condemns him as author of two crimes, one against the public health, with a sentence of 5 years and 2 months of prison and fine of 51 million pesetas, and a second for a crime against the safety of the traffic, with a sentence of three months of minor arrest."

if you are relatives to Peter, you certainly do not do him proud, you appear to be dumb as straw!

This has nothing to do with equal parenting rights.
This is a case of twisted, insane, sadistic people who are holding a minor, and american citizen in violation of New jersey law, international Law, and Human rights, and are showing trmendous cruelity to Peter, MJ and their daughter.
MJ will spend a long time in jail because her familty cares not at all about her, and even less about Victoria Innes.
MJ is crazy. She needs help, and that help can only come from her familty but so far they have done nothing. Every word they say is a lie, and every one knows it.
They are fooling no one.
They truth is clearly shown in both the US federal judges words, and the appeals courts words. All you need do is look up this case on the Rugers Law school web site. Their you can lookup both decisions and read the truth.
MJ's family can return this child anytime they want. As the spanish court have said. It is the right of every Spanard to live anywhere they want, so the courts in Spain will turn over the childs pasport anytime they are asked for it.

you are absolutely wrong. Spanish Courts have decided to hold the minor's passports until age 18 ON PETER'S PETITION! Let us not forget this! We all know that Peter later requested a reversal of this decision, and lost. Just remember, THE CHILD IS UNDER THE SPANISH JURISDICTION UNTIL AGE 18 BECAUSE PETER REQUESTED IT. Nobody is keeping him from travelling to Spain to see his daughter, he has been invited repeatedly. Oh, I forgot....he cannot travel to Spain because THERE ARE WARRANTS OUT FOR HIS ARREST....On the other hand, Victoria never talks about him...only her mom. She always sends hugs and kisses to mom, never to "dad"....
By the way, MJ's people were not sadistic, insane, and crazy when they footed your unpaid hotel bills when you travelled to Spain to attend the fake wedding...

Last time I checked, this was supposedly a "free" country, where all its citizens and residents are given freedom of speech.

As the Spanish courts have said, Victoris Innes is an American, and custody needs to be decided in the US. Which it has been. The only thing keeping Peter is what the Spanish courts called "Process", which will be completed once MJ is convicted in the us of kidnaping,(in a week or two). Also, brainwashing a 6 Year old is not a very honerable thing to do, but I would expect no less of MJ's family.

Its been a flagrant abuse of the supposed Peter innes, who is a drug dealer and it would have allways the support of the corrupted northamerican administration.
