Horse-slaughtering plants told to close

In our city of North Bay Village Florida I met with the Mayor and we (the Mayor and Commissioners)
adopted a Resolution No. 2006-67 urging the US congress to amend the Horse protection act...to prohibit the shipping,transporting etc... to stop the inhumane slaughtering of our horses for human consumption ....this is non humane... this is an insult to our american people we don't eat our Horses...they are slaughtered alive...they the Horses help our american soldiers...The slaughter houses need and should be shut down for good..
Please if you need a copy of the Resolution I will fax it to you so you can post it in your paper...

What are the ranchers or anyone who has an over supply of horses to do with them. One can not afford to keep them until they die. If there are no slaughter plants, the country will soon be over run by horses, just like we are now with the prairie dogs.

So are you saying we need to eat prarie dog's, they carry bubonic plegue! Stop breeding horses America, then you wont be over crouded with horses. Like humans also!

what is a sasquatche? You bet it doesn't sit well with us in the west, we pump to much chemical crap in there bodies for diseases....and they thought of eating horse makes us want to barf!
