Have been looking at houses in the golfing green addition. All of a sudden lots of houses for sale. I thought it may be due to the opening of the race track, but have heard rumors, that it has to do with taxes and water rates. Please let me know so that I can determine if I really want to move to crandall. Thanks

Those are no rumors my friend, it is the truth. At the city council meeting last night, some residents had a $600 water bill. I think most residents in Crandall had a bill of $200 to $300 last month. |

I had a $ 300.00 water bill ,city of crandall said I used 26,000 gal. of water. yeah right for only 3 people living in the house and one being a 6 yr. old . NOW I KNOW WHY THEY INSTALLED ELECTRONIC METERS . I only avg.4000 gal. until my last bill.

or it could be people bought houses they couldn't afford and are now losing their backsides due to the mortgages that can't be paid. Really look at the average size house built in Crandall 25 years ago compared to the garish "McMansions" out there today
You don't even live here how do you know what houses are here and what people can afford. Get a life!!!!!!!!!! |

Nobody in Capac, Michigan would be surprised by the sudden increase in rates under Kaplan. Or Edmore. Or Mattawan. Or Wayland. Or Caro......
