I know several people who are very well off and did not graduate from high school. Obviously he had some type of wit to him to be able to pull this off for so long. A high school diploma doesn't have anything to do with it.

WAS THIS "ONE WAY HOME AND LAND"...BC LIKE 5 OR 6 YEARS AGO I TRIED TO GET A HOUSE FROM THEM AND I WENT TO THE CORSICANA OFFICE AND EVERYTHING AND FILLED OUT THE APPLICATION AND GAVE THEM $500 AND THEY JUST KEPT ASKING FOR MORE AND MORE PAPER WORK AND WANTED MORE MONEY (BUT I DIDNT GIVE EM ANY MORE)....SO I WAS LIKE I HAD ENOUGH AND ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK AND WHEN I DID THEY KEPT HAVING EXCUSES FOR THAT SO FINALLY I WENT TO THE CORSICANA OFFICE TO TRY AND GET MY MONEY BACK AND THE OFFICE WAS SHUT DOWN...

I kind of feel bad for the daughter. I know she is an adult now, but she was young when her parents started all this crap. Now her life is extremely messed up because her parents were horrible and drug her down with them.

Unfortunately greed makes people do things that suprise us. Greed is powerful and these people got themselves and others involved in a mess.

Hopefully there time in jail and yes two of them have already been sentenced will make them realize what is really important in life and it is not the nicest house or the nicest car.

I've known Lynn and Kandy for about 25 years and think they and their family have been railroaded. I was with Lynn back when he first started with $2000. I think this whole case is a revenge case planted by their disgruntled partner. Ever single realtor I've ever had dealings with fudge on the appa as they are so hard to understand. Funding agents fudge those apps all the time. I think the Marriot family have become scapegoats.

Kandace Marriott got 99 years in prison plus two other twenty year sentences that she pleaded guilty to. Wow.
