I would expect that the owner of those dogs should be prosecuted fully and possible life in prison since many of the dogs with have to be euthenized. While in prison, he should receive the same treatment that he gave to the dogs. A law should be made to allow authorities to return the similar treatment to the criminal that was posed on his or her victim.

I believe that these people should be punished to the maximum extent of the law, but common, life in prison is a bit extreme. These are animals(the dogs) we're talking about, not people. And torturing them for their crime?

I'm with you man. The internet seems to bring out sadistic tendencies in people. Lots of barbaric, medieval and illegal treatments advocated. That's bloodthirsty lunacy to me and I hope many others. |
