Man Shoots Delaware County Sheriff's Deputy

my uncle mike wouldnt shoot
a little seventeen year old kid
this is all a scam. my uncle is not
that stupid. i know he doesnt seem
all that smart but everything on my grandmas land he
built with his own two hands. he is not dumb enough
to shoot to little dumb a** neighbor kids.
It was a scam so they could get more money. I mean
right after all this happend they went and got a brand new white
truck. You guys are going to be what kills my grandmother
and i dont appreciate that very much if this was your uncle or your
grandmother you wouldnt do this to them you would find
some lame ass excuse for them not to go. well hey guess what
its my turn to speak. rule number one: if my uncle shot those kids they wouldnt have gotten away. rule number two: my uncle would have also been long gone before you wouldve gotten there if what the neighbors said was true commen sence. rule number three. he would have killed you if he shot you on purpose.

I shot the sheriff but I did not shoot the deputy....come on folks get in the groove.....

Was this the story about the old guy that was defending his property against some teen punks, and ended up winging a deputy with some buckshot by mistake?

They beat the old guy so bad they had to pull his mugshot, and make up a story about assaulting an officer to cover theur brutality.

The deputy shot is my uncle and also a fellow officer of the law. I don't know why the man shot the boys or if he did but the plain fact is he did shoot the deouty. When you open fire on a law enforcment officer that is signing your own warrant. I don't know what all Mr. Demoss was charged with but he should spend the rest of his life in jail. That is one inmate i don't mind paying for.
