Delaware County Child Dies Of Shaken Baby Syndrome

He is a monster to do such a thing to an innocent child... a baby

This is absolutely horrible. I hope this jerk is prosecuted to the FULLEST extent of the law. These people have no respect for anyone, even little babies and this child had her whole life in front of her. This guy though apparently has a HISTORY of doing the wrong things, hence had warrants out for him so it makes me wonder what kind of decision making capabilities the mother has. This type of thing rarely comes straight out of the blue. There was a leading up to this, most likely a cascade of bad judgements and decisions which caused this baby to lose her life. She is in God's hands now and you can be sure the punishment from God will be great.

Jesus, never ever leave your child with your boyfriend! I'm so sick of seeing these stories! Especially if you haven't been together that long! Makes me sick to my stomach.

Have you ever noticed that it is almost always a man who does this and he is never the child's parent? And that he is always babysitting the child while the mom is gone working or something? Women! Wise up. Use a day care center or grandparent. Don't leave a kid with these men.

OMG, What is with these people. How horrible, that poor baby. She's in Gods's hands now. He needs to be shaken until he dies. Death penalty I guess!!! And the mother, how stupid is she for leaving her there with him. I just don't know what to say.

Hey. This guy is a real man. Look at his mug shot, all smug and without remorse. The baby made him mad because it would'nt shut up."Ill shut you up!" WOW. The mother did'nt even know he had anger issues? What a way to learn someone's real issues, to come home and find your baby has been KILLED! Now at this time there's only three comments to this story. So let's forgive this guy all the way to lethal injection. Or maybe lets shake him to death!!!!

I just went through this same situation but luckily my daughter survived just has major problems with her vision and such now. I had known my ex for eight years it was a friends of mine's nephew and everything. You just never know- even when you think you know someone you don't really. It is so hard my heart goes out to the mom of this baby because it is so hard dealing with all the investigations and crap that you have to go through even though you were not even there at the time.

Give me a few minutes alone with this guy and I bet I could give him shaken dumb@ss syndrome.

Here's what's so hard for me to grip: This child was 2 years old! He had to have shaken her very violently for her to die! This just makes my heart hurt! Senseless murder!

If anything like this EVER happened to my grandchild, they would need to put the jerk in jail for his own protection!

People trust daycares for hours with their child when they don't know those people near as well as they usually know a boyfriend. If he had never demonstrated behavior like that before then how was she to know. I would leave my child with my boyfriend.( I would also kill him if he ever injured my lil one.)
