Why not just kill him? His life is over, why cost the taxpayers anymore money?

I can't believe he wasn't given the death penalty. That precious child did not have any options. Wonder how long the other prisoners let him live.

Make him wear a sign, in the general population, that states what he did. Justice will prevail!

What kind of a sick puppy not only kills a 3 year old child but then cuts their head off???? I just don't even begin to comprehend that!! What is this world coming to?? I'm telling you people, there is a devil out there and he will try to talk you into anything!! Drugs and alcohol included! Any of it is too much. Drunk drivers killing people and then this sick act! I really think the death penalty is for sickos like this one.

Hopefully "jail house justice" will prevail. He should be housed with the general population, not in some special lockup.

Shakes my head LIFE BEHIND BARS. He takes a life that has just started and ends it in the most horrifing way. He will live his life in jail yes but he is still alive. While that POOR BABY isn't. The laws are to easy and making deals with him and taking the death penilty off the table. That was just wrong. That is why we have such a high crime rate. They aren't scaried of what will happen to them. Its just a slap on the hand to them doing jail time. The don't have to work, pay rent, buy food, buy clothes, or anything. They have it made in jail as will the SOB who killed that baby. He will never have to worry about anything again.

I hope most of you are not serious. Wishing (in writing) the death of a person is how "criminals" get started. It's a sin, it's sick. YOU SHALL NOT KILL is an order given to every human being. He killed (under the influence of drugs), so he'll pay for it: in jail and before God. Do we all want to be judged too for killing someone?
YOU SHALL NOT KILL. No exceptions. Cost the taxpayers money?? Since when is $$ more important than a soul that can be saved? what about transforming lives, giving second chances and allowing people to change their behavior? That's what God does with us. I bet if this was your child you'd agree with me!!

I do understand what God first is saying. I am a christian but I do believe in the death penalty. I don't think that people who do these types of murders are in their right mind. I think that there is no rehabilitation for them. It was a cold, premeditated, sick act. He thought it through when he beheaded a baby. Drugs or not. We can certainly agree to disagree. And I am sure he will be judged in the afterlife also. Thank God for his mercy. I know I need it.

OH give me a break! There are exceptions.. what about an eye for an eye?? Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's? Obey the law of the land? Let's see how almighty and lofty you hold your head if it was your baby this demon killed... rehabilitation? ya think? do you really think it will happen? let him come live with you then.. rehab him all you want. his lovely girlfriend too.. dear God!

When you mention child which person are you talking about? The poor innocent baby or the piece of trash who made a choice to do drugs and commit murder?
