I appreciate FOX NEWS taking time to inform the public of the "Second Chance" program. Our communities need adults who care for the less fortunate to the point of reaching out in an intentional way. I am a minister and we have a large group of men who are being prepared to help our cities youth and hurting adults. Additional men like David Anstaett are needed to model character and sacrifice time to invest in youth. Thank you for this segment. Our city needs to hear of the good things happening in our midst.

Wonderful job, TessK. I'm glad that I connected you with Mr. A. When I had lunch with him yesterday, he was very excited about the piece. I hope that it brings them additional attention and support.

Thanks!

Although I do not have children who dropped out of school, I believe this is a great alternative for many. I applaud Mr. Anstaett, who taught my sons in the Hickman Mills Gifted and Talented Program in Hickman-Mills C-1.
I hope that many more programs will spring up from this useful alternative that gives children an alternative to finishing their educations.
Our children are worth it. I hope that someday many who move on from this program will continue by choosing a career pathway, attend a community college or further their educations at a 4-year institution. Best of luck to the staff at Genesis who hang in there with our children everyday!

Daily Horoscope for December 20

Libra

It's another day when tensions are rife and you feel stretched to breaking point. You might even totally lose your temper with someone, instead of merely snapping at them as you did yesterday. Mars stomps into reverse today, so it would be better to clear the air now with a row, and then forget all about it, rather than allowing bad feelings to accumulate and fester inside you.
