IBC stocks went private and its up to us to push this natural bread. Its flying off the shelves at my Wal-Mart, and i am planning on pushing it to its max capacity to see what its really worth. Since the stock went private its now up to us to save IBC by building our brands and taking on the challange of introducing a new premium product into an over crowded environment. They must be nervous cause i see manangement across the board in my market checking it out. It is what it is.

If your routs anything like mine you wont want the 5 trays. I got like 8 trays the first day and 14 trays two days later I might have not sold one trays worth in 3 stores total.

your company really sucks. How does a company use another company name to sell there bread. You must have some great marketing mangers,it must of been really hard to come up with the name. How about IBC pride.Flowers disturbatores have worked really hard to make a good name for there product, and to have some low grade company to steal its name, and yes Nature Pride is the same as Nature Own.So what is next Arnold pride,Sara Lee pride, have some pride of your own.

natures pride is not the answer to the problems with interstate, our management sucks its sad when your launching a new product and you can't get your supervisors out of the office to help sale in displays or get the displays you sold out to you. recently jeff issacc boss visited louisville did he stick around to meet the team that works their ass off no he left town as fast as he came in thats ashame because some of us would have like to at least seen what he looked like must not have time for us low people

Louisville pride,I was talking to one of your drivers about that, how none of the managers come out to help, its crazy how IBC lowered your pay and not theirs, and the drivers do all the work.I fill bad for some of the drivers out there they work 12 hours a day then expected to go back and do there pull ups or if they don't they get written up,and that's just wrong. Why don't all the managers go out and help do pull ups even the secretaries, everybody should help out. That's just sorry management. When your ready to come to the good side,Flowers Baking Co. is always looking for good distributors.

Hey I worked for Hostess cake in seattle for 30 years. I watched the waste and bull crap drive this company down. Still they work overtime up the butt and complain about a loss in sales and revenue. Lies lies lies..Ive seen it happen. The bread plant threw out tons and tons of hog feed everyday because of defective equipment. Management would get their bonus because they lie about tons of stuff. Raw and burnt products sent out. Employees not washing hands after using bathroom. Choc toping swept up with dustpans and put back in the tank. And AIB inspectores turning a blind eye. No wonder this company is going to the dogs..because dogs are the only thing running it.

How can one bread save a company? I work in Denver. After the big push, it goes to $4.29/loaf.
So much for sales. This bread is about 3 years too late. I was hoping for a change in management but same old .... Have to make the numbers. My DM told me he was told by the "higher ups" when he mentioned the recession, sales are down to "mind his P's & Q's and not to worry about it".
Keep pushing the product, who cares about returns.
Morale stinks and getting worse.

They use thier bankruptcy to cover their thefts of building equipment and their "thief in the night" attitude to screw those who have helped them the last 4 yrs while they were in bankruptcy. What a bunch of inept management including the Ceo.

I used to be the Production Superintendent and Process Improvement manager in many IBC plants and I agree that waste was always too high even though we made many huge reductions by way of new technology over the years. My facilities had the best operating numbers in the company for 21 years in a row and you could eat off the floor at any time of day but we never took anything that fell on the floor and put it back on the line. Blue plastic gloves are required to touch product beyond the ovens which kills all bacteria.

I cannot see how $4.29 bread will sell in a down economy and see no reason why the losses will not continue as they have been.

I was only a floor floor supervisor. But Ill bet you all knew the plant supervisors . Jake said he is has had several plants. ya.. like San Francisco?..I never trusted anyone who worked for corp .. I saw the way the complaints were handled in seattle over loss.Iv seen the sexual harrassment charges being dismissed and how special favores are being handed out. They still have an employee who comes in on Sat to start up and after his punch in goes to thegym and workes out for 3 hrs, come bad and does another 3 hrs of of work that should only take 45 min..And get this..for working on Sat before 6pm he gets triple time. He even set up the time sheet so his wife will get all the favors of overtime. And stil a blind eye is turned and the complaints go on over not making money..The Seattle cake plant is a hiding spot for losses. And it just goes on and on and on..and it seems like no one will listen to anyone when it comes to complaints... Mike jyzy..Mike Carter... Ralph Woll...Don Dunn...Joe Morgan... ya all a big roll in taking this company down.. hope your happy

Yes. It's called Nature's Own and baked by Flowers Foods. Look for it very soon in your local grocery store.

I recently finished off some Walmart resets in the Atlanta area. IBC was a huge looser. No buns, no Wonder, just two feet on one shelf for N-Pride. I felt so sorry for the driver I gave him another 2 feet. I'm not trying to slam IBC. They have a lot of hard working people trying to eek out a living. But it is what it is.
