Hi Tom;
As you probably know, I am the Johnsonburg guy whose recording of "Star Wars" is the bigest-selling instrumental single in history as it is the only one ever certified by the RIAA as Platinum (2 million units). I read the article with interest. Here's a sidenote to tell your students. The first time Jon BonJovi ever sang professionally was for me. As the producer of the Star Wars Christmas album, "Christmas In The Stars" in 1980, John Bongiovi (his real name) sang, "R2D2, We Wish You a Merry Christmas". Small world, isn't it? Wow, blast from the past. Meco, I'm sure you don't remember me but I met you years ago when you came to St. Marys to visit my aunt, Mary Jo Green in the early 80's. I can't remember the specifics of your visit to St. Marys but, I remember her making a big deal out of it.
