Havn't been with DAD in well over 10 years and moved a few times. Found out that DAD has no program (or even current efforts now that they've been compromised) in place to even locate ex-clients who have moved to tell them that their personal info may be compromised! Further, what are they doing placing that type of old data on a internet accessible database in the first place? There is no legal requirement for securities firms to even hold personal data that long, yet alone have it that accessible. Anybody else smell class action out there?

Have heard about a class action being started. Wasn't interested at first but am now. Am facing a lot of baloney now with 3 credit reporting agencies.
Any info about the class action would be helpful. I'll join.
