Man charged with assault on 9-month-old boy

So it continues to amaze me that stories like this are not published in the local papers...I live in Marion and never heard a word. After hearing about it from someone with contacts in the DA's office I searched for most of the week for any news about this little boy...nothing. What is wrong with this area and why are stories like this covered up?

Flathead County has become a haven for pricks like this. This used to be a small quiet town where you would never read about or hear about these horrible crimes. Now it's the sewer of NW Montana. It has brought in the worst of the worst becuase they can "hide" here and not be found UNTIL shit like this happens.

Watch who you get involved with and who you know because you never know until it's to late. I hope that they hang him by his balls in the middle of the Bob Marshall and pour honey all over him. Let the griz eat him alive !!!!!!!!!

There will be a special place for him, a long stay in eternal Hell! It is a shame that our tax dollars will be wasted fooling around with trials and feeding him 3 squares in prision. He should be exacuted immediatly, so he can get on with his burning in Hell. I think that stories like this should be on the front page. Poor 9 month old baby. Why is this so hush hush? This sick man should have the death penalty! ALL child abusers should be a auto matic death penalty, there children can not speek for them selfs.

So if every one thinks that child molsters should DIE then why dont we all come togther and get a new law passed!! I think there is enough of us in the world with the same feelings about this , that it could work . Evan people in jail HATE cho moe,s ....

I think it is messed up that he will get a fair trial!!! Our county is screwed up that way. There wasn't nothing fair for that baby, so why should there be anything fair for Nickerson? I hope he does make it to prison and we do pay for his 3 square meals for awhile, I hope that the prisoners take care of him and there is a guard that, oops, wasn't paying attention, didn't see anything!!(If you know what I mean) That would be the best tax money ever spent on a sick and demented person. I would send money to the prisoner who does take care of him for us.

the reason you dont hear about stories like this is because the local media SUCKS....they are afraid to report the truth of how bad things have gotten around here.........they wont tell you the truth about ..meth sex drugs or crime...they want to make the flathead valley liook as though nothing is wrong......they dont want people to know that us montana natives are sick and tired of the direction the way the valley is headed.........we are truely sick of out siders moving in and changing our small town way of life
