Ten years doesn't seem like enough. A person who drives drunk and kills someone should be made a bond slave to the family of the person they killed.

After all, after ten years this asshole will be back out on the streets to drink and possibly to kill again.

The family of the person she killed will NEVER be able to enjoy the company of thier loved one again... not in ten years, not in all of eternity.
