"Maui man gets 10 years for sex assault" and gets free meals and roof over his head. That's a good deal if you are homeless and need not be responsible for the hurt you caused to the victim. This is sending a wrong message to the community.

Does anybody remember when rape was a capital offense? I think it still should be, but won['t hold my breath (especially in Hawaii)
