With no-fault divorce..there are no laws on the books in any State making the parties who have committed adultary in marriage liable for damages. Is this the Freedom our Vets fought for?

We were once told by an attorney friend " that its not a against the the law in the country to "F..." another mans wifes." That about sums up... "let freedom ring".:/

Psalms: "A fool tears down their own house with their own hands". That is what Adultary & Divorce is. Sad =(

If 40-50% of all marriages end in divorce and 60-70% are filed by women.. what does that say? Well adultary is imbedded in American culture. TV & Movies show it as a lifestyle 24-7. Woman today are the ones in control. U go girls...=(

Folks... most woman dont really care about anything but themselves.$$$ is all they care about in the end. It doesn't matter where it comes from. The State.. and Ex.. a lover. They lie..cheater & steal. Couger Town USA.

The laws in the USA have been established to protect individual rights. Families and marriage have no protection as compared to individual rights. Thats why the divorce rate is so high. Its the FREEDOM Train. Whoo Whoo |

Love... respect..and commitment is the key. Family law has none of that.

No fault insurance... no fault divorce. No fault of your spouse when they stray.. they were just pursuing theyre happiness at everyone elses expense. If 40-50% of marriage end in divorce...something is wrong. You would not get on an airplane that had a 40-50% chance of crashing. Today people are bent on greed.. and self.

A man that loves his wife and kids can be thrown out of his own home by the court for no reason "no fault" when his wife has taken a lover or wants to pursue something else. Marriage is supposed to be for "better..or worse..".

Maybe we need divorce reform? Some states have tried to pass reforms that restrick or delay divorce if there is no abuse and where children still reside in the home. Is that a good idea? Maybe it would slow things down. Like a cooling off period.

Family law 101. The assets get split 50/50 and the cash flow goes to child support until their 18. Thats it.

That is quite a stretch. Our veterans fought for the freedom of our Country, not freedom from individual stupidity. |

Stupid is as stupid does but..... Divorce is a personal freedom protected by the law of the land. Our Vets fight to protect that Freedom. Divorce is "no-fault" in 49 states. "No-fault" divorce protects individual rights under the state & US constitition. Vets fight and die for that Freedom.

Every time our leaders used the phrase... "Fighting for Freedom" i pictured all the women that have filed for divorce on husbands ... to pursue their Freedom. Oh by the way that means: the husband get thrown out of his house, looses half his assets, his kids... while she's free the sleep with the next guy... in front of the kids. Now thats AMERICAN FREEDOM worth fight'n for.
