Sharon, please stay in the Socialist country of Canada. Many of us here in America know that putting a criminal to death is the ONLY sure way of assuring that some bleeding heart liberal scum does not release them to prey upon more innocent folks.

Sadly, the legislators think we need to follow Europe, and keep criminals alive. Many of us are hoping they come to their senses and start doing the correct, instead of the POLITICALLY correct thing before it is too late.

the bastard went 2 court on the 21st of April to get his computer & guns back not sure what out come was will check into & update. He's a real scumbag he should be allowed to have anything this bastard should NEVER have got bail he should be sitting in a jain cell awaiting his out come. He didnt give Brittany any chance.

Thanks for the update. Curious as to when his trial will begin and how it will be covered, tv, newspaper, here? Just have an interest in how it goes.

Sutton Lied 2 all,still; another hearing was held June 11th,and depositions with a preliminary hearing to set a trial date is currently set for September 3rd. He was last still trying to be released to work and is only under house arrest.The charges of manslaughter and felony weapons are not likely to be upgraded from the existing evidence and his word alone that this was an accident.Obviously unknown to some though is that she was shot and the bullet entered her head near the top and back right side. The bleeding from her eye was from the pressure cause from the wound and bullet damage. Her face upon her death only showed a black eye. Sutton says they were examing the automatic weapon and he was showing her gun safety. Then how did she get shot where she did? She did NOT get shot in the face as many have been led to believe! Sutton maintains it was an accident and the weapon accidentally discharged AND is saying nothing more of it at this point. Cannot trajectory,ballistics and forensics show that he lying and that he intended to kill her(he admits that) without a motive or an admitted reason why?
So very concerned.

It not being the only reason why but, if he put her in a situation of fear and/ or with force using the gun regardless of her actions to flee or defend herself, this is a murder, not just a manslaughter even if we dont know why. Sutton needs to tell the entire truth, and not just to God, but also to the authorities and then beg for mercy because he may not have thought at one point he could've pulled that trigger; thats why he claims it was an accident.He didnt know he was capable yet in his prior disbelief,verbal claims and drunkeness to cover himself from the most dire consequence he found out for himself and therein possibly is why.

Sutton's fascination and obsession with guns spilled over to his fascination with what it would be like and desire to kill,possibly too needing to drink to not care about his own actions
to carry out his deed yet alter his frame of mind to explain how this could happen still with a somewhat detached emotion but admit to a lesser crime to show some responsibility for his deranged task yet not be punished for his entire life for what else could he say or do because its his word against hers and she's not talking. He may think this is ok because he only suffers the penalty for his desire to kill without anyone being able to prove so, while that is the law and he knows this. Premeditated murder.

Yes this above is all speculation as to the wanna-be cop,arsenal loaded fear monger,depraved Inkster,MI transient,26 year old drunken,control freak,illegal gun owning,irresponsible,power hungered,derelict of a person a.k.a. Thomas Sutton. But, Thomas, you are wrong, Brittany mattered!

Not only does Brittany and her life matter but so does what now happens to Thomas Sutton. If he goes free for any less than 20 years completely, without measuring ones importance over another nor any compromise,it will be the court saying her life doesnt and didnt matter,nor does it matter what he has done.

Questions: When she said "my dad" will kil you if you do anything to me and then he freaked(that of he admits) and after an unknown,to her,criminal enemy,but known trusted customer,to her, influenced him to kill her to bring down her families vengefully or for warning of their knowlege,could he get witness protection if he elaborated and confessed?

Thanks once agian for the updates. I am curious as to where these "quotes" of Sutton are coming from. His deposition? Testimony? Comments made before this tragic accident happened? The POS Sutton that I knew a few years back was not able to pull a trigger, back then, but people do change, and most of the time, NOT for the better. What hard facts are there that make this a case of muder verses manslaughter? I'm not defending Sutton at all. Just that we have ZERO coverage of this up in Detoilet and folks do want to know the facts.

Big D you will not find any answers here. Just foolish rants. There use to be information at Palm Beach county jail, but now Sutton is gone off the prisoner profile? I am in the same boat (Starving for information.) My friend who is a law clerk tell me it is common for crimes/incidents that are picked up by the local TV the plaintiffs attorney will drag their feet to let the emotions calm down. The D.A. will then accept a reasonable plea deals now not fearing the dreaded "soft on crime appearance." Negligent manslaughter and weapon forfeiture with the rider of a lifetime ban on gun ownership seems reasonable in this case. Plus everyday he serves at house arrest is one less day in the big house. Prediction on September 1st the aforementioned plea deal will be struck. 8 months to 24 months in Prison/jail and 8 years of probation with a lifetime ban of gun ownership!

Thanks Altraz. It can be difficult getting info up here and I do agree, this is not the best forum to do so. Hopefully, as things progress, we might see something in the Palm Beach paper. I do agree iwth your friend on how this will probably play out and the length of time. I'm not sure on the lifetime ban on gun ownership as being part of the deal as when he is convicted, I believe he loses that right immediately.

Ironic as it sounds lifetime gun ownership ban is not an automatic. There is a co worker of mine who shot his wife(,she survived and they are still married,)when he was 20 and now he is 62. She got him approved for owning firearms for hunting for his 35th Birthday because she said, he missed Hunting with his friends! She was stuned when the State reported to her, it was never against the law for him to own weapons. It amazes me how easy it is to get a gun. I got a flier in the mail to buy one. Nuts!

As I understand it, it happened very much the same as this case. But they were lucky. This poor girl and her family was very very unlucky. Ironically the only people who have a problem with him owning firearms is the NRA!! They turned him down for membership!

I always tell the young honeys I'm in the CIA. Then they don't question my handcuffs, rope and gun as I tie them up.
