TRAFFIC ALERT: West River Drive closed due to downed power pole

No wonder why the da.mn pole fell down, they have the whole da.mn thing tore all to h.ell

As for "All tore to h ell? Well that usually is the case when one rebuilds the roadway. After its done you'll say "what a nice road to drive on."
I drive thru every afternoon on the way to work, avoiding the expressway rebuild. No problem...go 25mph, wander thru and then your past it. Go back up to speed and soon enough your at WURK!

The road surface in that section of West River was long overdue for the rebuild, especially after this winter; if it weren't for the potholes, you wouldn't have known there was a road there.

I too drive that stretch of road to and from work each day and have been surprised at how smoothly the traffic flow has been. I can't wait to enjoy the smooth new road surface!
