I knew bob very well and was with him around mid day the day of the murder. Back then I assumed the police thought the murder happened before Bob came to my job site where he was working on a project. I gave a deposition months ago but never heard any thing else.I believe Bob is a good man. The lawyers said that the police now think Bob left my job and then went home committed the murder then came back down to Delray. That is a major change in theory after all these years. I hope he exonerated and can get on with his life.

I hope he exonerated and can get on with his life. how could he have been seen at your place midday, go to jupiter farms do a murder, and get to delray, when it was surpose to have taken place about 1pm, he must be magical or have a flying carpet. it's impossible..i think the police have a big hole in thier theory, maybe they should try getting the real murderer

I am confused.....is Heartsong in jail now? Has there been a trial? We still see trucks with his company name on them. Is he still in business? They did beautiful work. I have a neighbor that had waterfalls and fountains installed by them, amazing work. Just curious....very sad case. Thanks.
