jupiter illegals

I wanted to see what some other opinions are out there about jupiter's turning a blind eye to a large population of illegals. they dont bother me as much as the hate mongers who protest on sundays, but i do feel like the town is putting me at risk. i cant even approach a stop sign without almost hitting a guat on a bike. what if i had a beer or glass of wine at dinner and now am completely sober driving home ( wrong, but alot of us do it), and one darts into my path in the dark. or what if one of the many who actually drive hits my car and i get injured. these illegals dont have car insurance. i'm trying to see the upside to the town being so supportive of the illegals, but i honestly cant come up with one? i will say that they seem to be friendly and dont cause any trouble, but we pay a premium to live in jupiter and the town is allowing it to become lake worth.
