48 Hours showed Bob on camera declaring he had always been faithful to Toni (while he declared piously, she had been unfaithful to him -- what a guy), when evidence in the case file says otherwise. While sexual infidelity is common, we're judging Bob's honesty and he's failing.
Well into the marriage with Suzye, Bob was still receiving a widower's exemption from the Palm Beach County Property Tax Assessor, a legal no-no. To cover Bob shortly before the trial, Suzye called in to change the situation when the fact surfaced in this thread. But before she did that, she claimed to this poster the exemption connected to her disability. A check of the rolls, however, showed that Suzye's name wasn't on the title, proving she had merely conjured that explanation. The exemption, I understand, is but a pittance, showing how far Bob went for a buck.
And let us not forget the moment Bob arrived home at 5 PM. He had told many of his anxiety for Toni's welfare after he had been unable to reach her by phone all afternoon. Does he rush to open the gate and run in to see if she's OK? No, he stops at the mailbox to collect the mail. If anyone of you were worried about your spouse, would you stop to gather the mail or rush in to see if your spouse were all right?

they another similar case in miami, and few more out in in state of washington, the fbi are getting involved, working on more details, could be a pattern, my family is bring in a private angency to follow up and forcce the police to to but more into the investigation

I happen to hold the opinion that the above is simply Heartsong obfuscation so this thread ends favorably for them. No way to be know sure, of course, so I'll follow up with Detective Springer or whoever else may have the case file.
